Dr Vicky Brownlie graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2002. She worked in the UK in small animal and exotic clinics before moving to Perth in 2009. She has a special interest in all unusual pets- rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, snakes, lizards, frogs, chickens, parrots, parakeets and wildlife. In 2021, she successfully completed her exams and was granted membership to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Unusual Pet Medicine and Surgery. She is very keen to educate pet owners, pet shops and veterinary colleagues in the care of these very special and often overlooked pets. She joined Greencross in February 2022 and currently works part time in the Bedford clinic, as well as working as a locum for Perth Zoo. Please reach out to her via email with any questions.
